MAJOR KARL BAIN BLACK
66-15187 Huey Helicopter Captain Served in Special Forces with the 281st Assault Helicopter Company 10th Combat Aviation Battalion from the North Carolina Army National Guard 1966 until 1975 Major Black will be talking about his experience with 66-15187 and donate an oil painting depicting the Huey in action in Vietnam over the Delta. Crew Chief Matt Baughman will also accompany Major Black. The appearance by Major Black is especially significant because 66-15187 is located in the air museum for our community to experience. |
