IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR VISITORS - ROAD CONSTRUCTION AROUND THE MUSEUM WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH DETOURS. FOLLOW BROWN MUSEUM SIGNS - AND USE HARBOR DRIVE.
For FIRST TIME VISITORS - the air museum is located in Sioux City, Iowa on the north east corner of the Sioux Gateway Airport.
To get to the Mid America Museum of Aviation & Transportation from Interstate I-29 Exit 141:
Turn off I-29 at Exit 141 and travel west toward the Sioux Gateway Airport. Follow the brown Air Museum signs. Turn right (north) on Al Haynes Drive, to Harbor Drive - Turn left (west) on Expedition Court to the museum located at 2600 Expedition Court (about 3 minutes once you are off the interstate).
Look for small brown Air Museum signs to navigate the construction.
